Eddie Shi
Permanent member of the American Swimming Coach Association (ASCA), Chairman of the American East Asian Swimming Association, American Swimming License Coach, a former member of the Chinese National Swimming Team.
Eddie was awarded the title of National Master Athlete. He graduated from the Guangzhou Military Academy and served as the head coach of the Nanjing Military Swimming Team. He also participated in the National Games Swimming Competition for three consecutive sessions between 1975-1983. In 1979, he won the 4x100m medley relay championship of the National Games and repeatedly broke the record of 100m, 200m, 400m, and 1500m freestyle. What’s more, he represented China to participated in the World Military Games swimming competition and won the 100-meter butterfly champion. After retiring, he moved to the United States and established the U.S. Eddies Sports & Culture Exchange Center and the New York Xianghao Swimming Club. 100% of the students he trained entered the top US universities for further study.
Over the years, he has actively sought Chinese athletes to study, train, and work in the United States. He has repeatedly cooperated with the China Sports General Administration, the China Swimming Association, the China University Sports Association, and the National College Athlete Association (NCAA) to organize receptions including Chinese Olympic delegation training overseas in the United States.
Former Chinese “Military Swimming Team” swimmer, graduated from Tokai University, Japan
Xiu won several awards in the national swimming competition, the major stroke is backstroke. In 1989, he went to Japan to study abroad. During the study abroad, he studied sports training and swimming techniques. He represented Tokai University on many events to participate in swimming competitions and won gold medals. At present, Xiu is committed to the China-US sports and cultural exchange activities, and has done a lot of professional work to promote the development of Chinese and American sports. He interacts with the Chinese National Swimming Team to provide Chinese professional athletes with opportunities to train in the United States; to provide Chinese student athletes with long-term preparation and choice for junior high schools, high schools and universities in the United States;

Young Chen
Graduated from ST. Jones University with a master’s degree in Sports Management. Bachelor of Laws in China. National level athletes.
As a high-level student athlete, she won the 2015 National College Swimming Championship Outstanding Athlete and the 2016 National College Swimming Championship. She has worked as an executive assistant at Swim Strong Foundation, Inc., and a swimming instructor at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Currently responsible for the operation, event planning, marketing and management of the U.S. Eddies Sports & Culture Exchange Center.

Vicky Xiu
Northeastern University, Health Science and Business Administration. American NCAA athletes, national level athletes.
As a high-level student athlete, she won the 2017, 2018 Beijing Sports Traditional School Swimming Competition Champions. As a volunteer, she participated in the activities of the Chinese Olympic delegation to exchange training and prepare for the Olympic Games in the United States. She also was responsible for the propaganda work of the U.S. Eddies Sports & Cultural Exchange Center and the management of the social media platform.
